Freelance Application Developer

This role involves developing a prototype tool designed to help users discover and prioritize their core values from a curated set of 70, each with a clear description. The tool must be fully automated, guiding users through reviewing, tagging, filtering, and pairwise comparison of values, ultimately generating a prioritized shortlist for use in interactive coaching sessions. The primary technical stack will utilize Glide for the user interface and management, Google Sheets for backend data, and Google Apps Script for automation. Alternatives such as Airtable or Softr may be considered if they offer cost or workflow advantages. The project requires rapid delivery, with a one-week timeline for a complete, functional prototype.Deliverables Develop a fully functional Glide app that enables users to review, tag, and filter a set of 70 values. Implement automated filtering and pairwise comparison logic to generate a prioritized shortlist of values. Integrate Google Sheets as the backend data source and utilize Google Apps Script for automation. Provide all source data in Google Sheets, complete Apps Script code, and a fully configured Glide app. Deliver comprehensive documentation covering setup, configuration, and user guidance. Ensure the tool is ready for use in interactive coaching sessions and can be easily maintained or extended.Requirements Demonstrated experience building applications with Glide, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script. Strong understanding of no-code/low-code workflows, especially involving dynamic filtering and comparison logic. Ability to deliver a robust, user-friendly prototype within a tight one-week deadline. Excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure smooth handover and future usability. Familiarity with alternative platforms such as Airtable or Softr is a plus. Detail-oriented, with a focus on automation and minimizing manual intervention.
