You should be comfortable adapting your role and responsibilities as the company grows. We expect this might consist of:Designing high-performing Meta ads and social media content that drives acquisition and engagementCreating on-brand graphics for website landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materialsCollaborating with product to ensure brand consistency across the app experienceDeveloping and maintaining brand guidelines as we scaleIterating quickly based on performance data and user feedbackExploring new visual directions to keep the brand fresh and distinctiveWe are building a team of people who have real ownership over the business.
