You’ll consult with clients, design blended learning solutions, and ensure measurable impact.ResponsibilitiesConduct TNAs and discovery phases.Design blended learning solutions across multiple modalities.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.Pitch solutions and write proposals for major programmes.Requirements5+ years’ experience in learning design and consultancy.Expertise in blended learning, UX/UI, and behavioural science.Strong presentation and client-facing skills.Ability to manage complex projects and lead design teams.
