About The Role:The Crowd are partnered with a UHNW family’s Lifestyle and Design Team to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Interior Designer with experience in the ultra-luxury residential sector. This is a rare opportunity to step into a sole-designer role with full creative ownership across a portfolio of high-value properties in the UK and overseas.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-end residential interiors, a confident approach to FF&E and styling, and a passion for bold, eclectic and maximalist design. You will work directly with the Principal, shaping the aesthetic direction and delivering projects end-to-end with a high level of autonomy and discretion.This role is perfect for a designer seeking long-term growth into a lead designer position, taking ownership of multiple properties and shaping a cohesive design language across the entire estate. It offers the potential to elevate your profile on an international level, along with a range of benefits and travel opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the interior design and styling projects across multiple estatesDevelop bold, eclectic concept schemes, FF&E packages and materials palettesCreate a cohesive long-term aesthetic across the estate while tailoring each property’s characterSource and procure furniture, fabrics, wallpapers, lighting and accessoriesCommission bespoke pieces and work directly with makersBuild and maintain a materials library and supplier networkOversee the full project lifecycleCoordinate suppliers, contractors and logistics across UK, US and European sitesManage multiple live projects, responding quickly to shifting prioritiesKey Skills/Requirements:3-6 years’ experience in a respected high-end residential or boutique hospitalityA strong, expressive portfolio with FF&E-led interiorsExcellent FF&E, sourcing and styling ability, including bespoke furniture and materials selectionExperience delivering projects from concept through to installation with clear ownershipConfident working independently and making decisions with minimal supervisionStrong organisational skills across procurement, budgeting and supplier managementComfortable coordinating multiple properties and international logisticsA self-starter with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for decorative detailStrong communication skills and the ability to work discreetly with UHNW individualsProficient design software (AutoCAD/Vectorworks, InDesign, SketchUp, etc.)To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).By applying for this role, you are confirming that you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website), and that all details submitted by you are correct and to the best of your knowledge.The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
