The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the music market, commercial acumen, and the ability to identify and secure bookings with local venues, promoters, and event organizers that align with the artist’s style and brand. This role is suited for someone who can develop and execute an event strategy, negotiate paid bookings, and foster long-term industry relationships. Negotiate and secure paid bookings for small clubs, lounges, private events, and showcases. Develop an event strategy that aligns with the artist’s branding and marketing objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, promoters, and venues. Explore opportunities to expand bookings into other cities and festivals in Spain and Europe as the artist’s profile grows.Requirements Proven experience in music booking, artist management, or a related field within the live music industry. Strong network of contacts with venues, promoters, and event organizers, particularly in Madrid and the broader Spanish market. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of the afrobeats, hip hop, and dancehall scenes, with the ability to match the artist’s style to appropriate venues and audiences. Commercial mindset with the ability to deliver results and drive growth. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving project needs. Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
