Freelance Product Delivery Manager

At TeaCode, we’re expanding our network of trusted freelance Product Delivery Managers for upcoming fixed-term, project-based collaborations.We are looking for Product Delivery Managers available 0,5-1 FTE.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.Define and prioritize the product backlog to meet project goals.Craft user stories that capture project requirements and objectives.Manage project budget and timeline to ensure adherence to set parameters.Maintain project documentation for clarity and reference.Lead product discovery process to validate product value, usability, feasibility, and business viability.Improve internal processes related to product and project management. RequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Product Delivery Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager roles within commercial settings.Proven track record of successful software product delivery.Deep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.Hands-on experience with product discovery process.Proactive approach and strong communication skills in English and Polish (both are required).
