Work on domestic IT requirements (both permanent and contractual roles). Source candidates through Naukri, social media, and professional networks. Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups. Share daily or weekly recruitment progress updates. Requirements1–2 years of proven experience in IT Recruitment (Domestic). Naukri portal access is mandatory. Strong understanding of technical job roles and keywords. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
