RecruiterJob DescriptionLabcorp is seeking a Talent Advisor/ Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team! As an integral member of the HR team, the Recruiter acts as the trusted advisor to the client groups they support to source and identify top talent, and to guide managers through hiring processes and decisions. The Recruiter will own specified strategies, programs, processes and policies and will work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment with the company goals, strategy, mission and vision.Supporting the India Biopharma Laboratory Services and Corporate functions, this position will be responsible for filling a variety of lab and professional roles This will require some strategic sourcing techniques to continuously attract top talent to the organization.Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification and assessment of internal and external talent using creative and proactive sourcing methods for approximately 30-50 requisitions at any given timeDevelop a strong understanding of the Labcorp business, competitive landscape, and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectivenessAdvise Hiring Managers on labor market information and trends and how the trends impact attracting talent for their businessDevelop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their functions and key business goals, and proactively partner and communicate with them Maintain a strong external network to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent for current and future hiring needsMeet and achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics on a consistent basisRecruit in adherence with regulations and procedures to ensure complianceProvide relevant updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager during weekly meetings and as neededLeverage the Applicant Tracking System and other technology in a timely, accurate, and compliant mannerProvide ad hoc reporting to the TA Manager and/or hiring managers based on requestEscalate any urgent matters to the proper party; TA Manager, hiring managers, other HR functionsOther administrative duties and projects as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree or at least 7 years of relevant work experience as a recruiter (in lieu of degree);Minimum 3 years' experience filling high-volume, hourly rolesCorporate recruiting or agency experience is preferredPrevious experience in the healthcare industry is preferredStrong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday)Proven experience in using innovative and proactive sourcing methodsDocumented success meeting weekly and monthly recruiting metricsStrong communication and relationship building skillsHigh level of attention to detail and well organizedAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks on a regular basisProficient in Microsoft Office and other related computer programsLabcorp Is Proud To Be An Equal Opportunity EmployerLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
