As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work independently to identify, attract, and evaluate candidates for various positions. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on staffing solutions.Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networkingScreen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a good fitCoordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment processProvide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboardingUtilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate databases and recruitment metricsRequirementsQualifications:Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or agency capacityStrong understanding of various recruitment methodologies across different industriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsStrong networking skills to establish relationships with potential candidatesFlexibility to adapt to different hiring needs and organizational cultureBenefitsCommission based job
