Freelance Senior Contract Manager (Projets industriels / EPC)Localisation : Bruxelles / LiègeType de mission : Freelance – longue duréeLangues : Français et anglaisDans le cadre d’un grand projet industriel de production d’énergie (>500 M€) en phase finale de construction, nous recherchons un Senior Contract Manager expérimenté pour renforcer l’équipe projet.Vos responsabilitésGérer les aspects contractuels d’un contrat EPC clé en main et de plusieurs lots de travaux.Assurer le suivi contractuel des obligations, réclamations et variations.Soutenir le responsable juridique et contrats dans la gestion globale du projet.Identifier et mitiger les risques contractuels, financiers et opérationnels.Participer aux réunions de chantier et veiller au respect des exigences HSE et contractuelles.Préparer et documenter les dossiers en cas de litige ou arbitrage.Profil recherchéExpérience confirmée (10+ ans) en Contract Management dans le domaine industriel, énergétique ou de la construction (EPC, OEM, infrastructure).Solide compréhension des contrats complexes et des risques associés.Excellentes compétences en négociation, communication et rédaction en français et anglais.Esprit structuré, rigoureux et orienté solutions.Bonne connaissance technique des projets de type centrale thermique / cycle combiné est un atout.Nous offronsUne mission freelance de haut niveau au sein d’un projet stratégique en Belgique.Un environnement professionnel stimulant avec une équipe multidisciplinaire.Possibilité de prolongation en phase de mise en service et clôture contractuelle.Intéressé(e) par cette mission ?Contactez judith@legalstaffingexperts.be pour plus d’informations.Job Offer – Freelance Senior Contract Manager (Industrial / EPC Projects)Location: Brussels / LiègeAssignment type: Freelance – long-term projectLanguages: Fluent French & EnglishWe are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Manager to support a major energy generation project (>€500M) currently in its final construction and commissioning phase.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all contractual aspects of a major EPC turnkey contract and related work packages.Oversee claims, variations, and contractual obligations throughout project execution.Support the Legal & Contract Manager and act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and financial risks.Attend site meetings to clarify responsibilities and ensure compliance with HSE and contract requirements.Prepare documentation for dispute resolution and arbitration if necessary.ProfileMinimum 10 years of experience in contract management within industrial, energy, or construction projects (EPC/OEM).Strong understanding of complex contract structures and associated risks.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in French and English.Structured, detail-oriented, and pragmatic approach.Technical background in combined-cycle or similar industrial projects is an advantage.We OfferA high-level freelance assignment on a flagship project in Belgium.Collaborative and dynamic project environment.Potential for extension during commissioning and dispute resolution phases.Interested in this mission?
