Freelance Video Editor (Remote)

Join a dynamic creative team as a Freelance Video Editor specializing in social and digital content. This fully remote, Canada-based role supports a busy cinematographer and content producer, focusing on editing multi-format deliverables for platforms such as Instagram Reels. You will work with a standardized Adobe Premiere Pro project template, adapting it for each project, managing Sony FX-series H.264 footage, syncing multi-camera angles and audio, and ensuring consistent branding and quality across all assets. The position requires a detail-oriented, collaborative editor who can troubleshoot, improve workflows, and maintain organizational precision. You will be responsible for captioning, basic graphics using the Essential Graphics panel, and delivering assets in various aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). A passion for Women’s Sports and LGBTQIA+/BIPOC representation is a valued asset.
