About The Mobile-First CompanyMost tools for small businesses weren’t built for real operators.They were built for employees in offices, not people running a business from their phone.We’re changing that.We build mobile-first business software that feels like a consumer app, runs on AI, and spreads like a creator brand.Our first product, Allô, gives you a second number on your phone, answers missed calls with AI, transcribes everything, and syncs it to your CRM.Over 20,000 businesses use it every day.Next up: expenses, invoicing, and more.We’ve raised +5 million dolars from Lightspeed, EMBLEM, and 30+ top operators.Our team is based in Paris, Buenos Aires, Miami.What will you do:Lead design execution on Allô Desktop & web appsPartner with Product to create experiences that meet business goalsEvolve and extend existing UI to solve new design challengesProvide direction and feedback to internal and external creative talentCollaborate with the Founding Designer to implement company visionWhat you’ll be working onDesigning desktop interfaces with a focus on UX and motionAdvanced understanding of typography, composition, and Desktop layoutsAbility to develop creative concepts independentlyStrong eye for detail and consistency across projectsAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyUnderstanding of product strategy and business objectivesExperience working with a fast-paced startup environmentHistory of successful cross-functional collaborationWhat we’re looking for UI craftExcellent command layout and composition to build slick, minimalistic interfacesExperience designing desktop (and mobile) interfaces with strong attention to detail. Ability to work within a brand system and expand it thoughtfully in product UI. Sensory and interactive designConfident in exploring and proposing unique concepts that go beyond static visuals. Skilled at using motion, sound, haptics, and other interactive technologies to enhance usability and delight. Able to bring personality and depth to the product.
