What does a Freelance Visual Designer do at Hogarth?We are seeking a talented designer to join our team in a primary creative support role for a major B2B client. Working closely with Art Directors, Senior Designers, and the Creative Lead for direction, this person will take existing brand guidelines and creative materials and adapt them for various deliverables.This role requires a balance of generating original concepts and overseeing production/mechanical design projects.The ideal candidate will have a great eye for design, come from an integrated agency background, and be fluent in both the Adobe Suite and Figma. They must possess a strong understanding of brand design, outstanding communication skills, and demonstrated interpersonal and organizational abilities.Responsibilities: Develop visually compelling and impactful designs for a variety of deliverables including: web, social, print, branding, information design, emails, out of home, and video ensuring it effectively communicates the brand message and enhances the overall customer experience Execute visually compelling B2B design solutions across diverse channels (digital, print, motion and video content) to clearly communicate our brand's value proposition and enhance the client experience Adapt campaign creative for different placements while maintaining a cohesive brand image Demonstrate a deep understanding and proficiency in working within a design system Experience with data visualization and simplifying complex information into beautiful visuals Collaborate with WPP creative partners, offshore production teams, and client teams to deliver design elements on brand and to spec Manage multiple projects simultaneously, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders Serve as the creative representative for our company on the design front supporting this client Present ideas in a clear and concise manner Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases creative and conceptual work within major brand guidelinesExpert proficiency in modern design tools, including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)Deep understanding of design systems, with a proven ability to work within and adapt established brand guidelines for national or global brandsSolid grasp of integrated design approaches, including digital platforms, pre-press processes, and mechanical buildsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal in English), with the confidence to present and articulate design ideas effectivelyA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; you are a self-starter who is both highly collaborative and capable of thriving with minimal supervisionExceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage time and projects effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with US-based creative teams is strongly preferredFamiliarity with offshore production team collaboration is a plusOur Hogarth Values:Hands onNo egos here.
