Some of our benefits include:Learning and Development Programs Dental, Vision, and Extended Health CareTuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffRRSP MatchingWellness Program Company EventsYour RoleAs a Terminal Manager, you will be responsible for leading the smooth operations of all terminal activities at our new facility in Picton, Ontario.Day to DayResponsible for providing overall direction and leadership for the terminalManage the business development and customer service operations of the terminalOversee the logistics scheduling process within a multi-modal transportation operationDevelop the annual operating budget and manage monthly revenue and operating expensesParticipate in and ensure safe and efficient operation of the terminalUnderstand the quality programs and regulatory requirements associated with the terminal operations and ensure compliance is maintainedMaintain seamless integration with other departments within P&HProvide coaching employees and support the development of a strong, cooperative workforceRequired QualificationsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in the grain industryExperience in grain inventory management practices and processesPrevious experience in a role with financial or budgetary responsibilitiesProven experience leading and managing employeesExperience in the marine shipping industry or marine-based grain operations considered an assetProven problem-solving abilities with a track record of identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiativesWork and grow with a family-owned company.Join our team with Purpose & History!
