Job Responsibilities:Provide dedicated support to assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests.Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.Collaborate with the Sales team to assess client transportation requirements and preferences.Work with internal teams to develop customized solutions.Assist in resolving client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.Support the identification of opportunities to expand existing client accounts, such as offering additional services or solutions.Assist in revenue maximization effortsAssist in providing clients with regular updates, reports, and insights related to their transportation services.Gather client feedback and insights to enhance service quality and address areas of improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finance.Experience:A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
