Your main responsibility will be to manage incoming contacts—over phone, email, and chat—to resolve customer queries about product functionality, technical troubleshooting, and general after-sales support for high-quality home appliances. Success in this role means ensuring every customer interaction is positive, delivering solutions efficiently, and accurately documenting details in our systems.What you need to bring:Fluent/Native-level French (C2) is essential for engaging with our customers.A good command of English (minimum B2) is required for internal communication and training.You must be legally authorized to work in Portugal.Previous customer service or call center experience is a bonus, but not mandatory—we provide comprehensive paid training!A keen interest in technology or home appliances and a natural ability to troubleshoot are highly valued.Your Schedule and What We Offer:Your schedule will be rotative, covering shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
