Senior QC (Denim)

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining quality control processes, analyzing the results, and giving feedback and guidance to the production & manufacturing teamsEvaluate denim-specific attributes, including fabric quality, wash techniques, stitching, fit, and finishing processes, to ensure consistency and adherence to design specificationsManage and decide all regulatory guidelines, i.e. raw materials, products, and/or processes are in accordance with specificationsEnsure designated factories follow the production processes and best practices to produce expected quality standardsExamine test results, stablished specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on quality solutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiativesJob Requirements:Diploma or above in Fashion, Textiles or related disciplinesAt least 8-year of relevant experience in apparel quality management; Experienced in trading firm is preferableProven expertise in denim fabric characteristics, wash techniques, and garment constructionProven and well-established track record in managing quality for apparel productsGood communication skills, strong attention to details and organization skillsGood computer knowledge (MS Office - Word, Excel)Good command of both written and spoken English
