Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for Fresh Agents at EGYPROPERTY. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with property inquiries, conducting property tours, managing documentation, and maintaining effective communication. The role also involves understanding client needs to recommend suitable properties and staying updated on real estate market trends. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team membersNegotiation and persuasion skills for successful property transactionsAttention to detail and proficiency in managing documentationAbility to conduct market research and analyze real estate trendsCustomer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solvingProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools; familiarity with real estate software is a plusA positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic work environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial but not required
