If you love bringing structure, clarity, and warmth to every interaction — this is the place for you.Key Responsibilities• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth• Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries with efficiency and courtesy• Oversee mail, deliveries, and conference-room scheduling• Purchase and maintain office supplies and equipment• Maintain a polished, welcoming office environment• Provide administrative support to accounting, marketing, and project teams• Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and general office operations• Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all communicationsWhat You Bring• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• A polished, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset• Strong organizational and multitasking ability• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems• Experience managing office supplies or facilities preferred• Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative professional• A team-oriented attitude with reliability and initiativePay TransparencyIt is GCM’s intent to pay all team members competitive wages that are fair, motivational, and equitable.Typical range for this position: $19.00 – $26.00 per hour, plus performance-based incentives and benefits.Key Result Areas (KRAs)KRA 1: Professional Representation & First ImpressionsObjective: Ensure that every client, visitor, and vendor experiences a professional, positive, and consistent introduction to GCM, reflecting the company’s values of integrity, excellence, and hospitality.KPIs:• 95%+ visitor satisfaction based on internal feedback• Reception and lobby areas maintained in “client-ready” condition 100% of the time• Guests and callers greeted and assisted within 60 seconds of contact• Zero missed or misrouted calls or appointmentsKRA 2: Office Operations & Administrative EfficiencyObjective: Support day-to-day operations through organized scheduling, document handling, and cross-departmental coordination.KPIs:• Meeting rooms and calendars managed with no conflicts• Incoming mail and deliveries processed within one business day• Internal administrative requests fulfilled within 24–48 hours• Zero backlog of unaddressed correspondence or front-desk emailsKRA 3: Office Supply & Facility ManagementObjective: Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and professional office environment to support productivity and presentation standards.KPIs:• Supply inventories monitored weekly; zero stockouts of essential items• Vendor orders processed within two business days• Workspace maintained to safety and cleanliness standards• Facility checklist completed quarterly with no deficienciesKRA 4: General Administrative SupportObjective: Provide timely, accurate, and proactive administrative support to accounting, marketing, project management, and leadership teams.KPIs:• Departmental requests completed within agreed timelines (24–48 hours typical)• Meeting notes, agendas, and follow-up items distributed within one business day• Travel arrangements and document preparation handled with zero errors• Positive internal feedback rating (4.5/5 or higher) from supported departments• Proactive issue identification and resolution before escalationKRA 5: Communication & Internal CoordinationObjective: Maintain professional, accurate, and responsive communication across all departments.KPIs:• Call logs and message routing maintained at 100% accuracy• Communication delivered promptly with professional tone• Active participation in departmental meetings with full follow-through• Recognition from peers for clarity, reliability, and responsivenessKRA 6: Professional Growth & Continuous ImprovementObjective: Demonstrate ongoing commitment to personal and professional development while contributing to GCM’s culture of continuous improvement.KPIs:• Completion of at least one professional training or certification annually• Participation in quarterly review and process-improvement sessions• Documented efficiency improvements or innovations each year• Consistent demonstration of GCM’s core values in daily interactionsJoin Our TeamSound like the role for you?
