Momen Real Estates Limited is looking for Front Desk ExecutiveJob Description / ResponsibilityJob ResponsibilitiesReceive and respond to incoming phone calls and connect callers to the appropriate persons.Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.Handle queries and address complaints.Receive deliveries, packages, letters, CV`s etc.Maintain a visitor`s logbook.Should have the capability to ensure quality customer service.Keeping messages of staff in their absence.Attend to visitors and facilitate their appointment with concerned officials in the office.Manage the mail dispatch desk and handle all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.Visit various projects for cleaning and safety aspects.Any other task assigned by the management.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real EstateAdditional RequirementsExperience in the area of Admin/Front Desk/Reception will be appreciated.Good communication skills.Smart, good-looking, energetic, dedicated, and positive approach to assigned work.The candidate should be smart to handle any difficult situation.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).Good at multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.Job LocationDhaka
