Be part of Capybara Bathing SG, a Bathhouse studio & wellness sanctuary nestled in the dynamic district of Tanjong Pagar, expected to open in January 2026.Roles & ResponsibilitiesGreeting guests upon arrival, providing information about the facilities, services and products in a warm and authentic wayBring guests through the welcome procedure upon arrival - i.e. operational protocols and bathhouse rules/etiquette; completion of digital waivers (if not done so prior to arrival)Be well-versed and knowledgeable about the facilities and products to be able to share confidently with guestsAssist with future guest bookings where necessary upon guest departureAssist with telecommunications where necessaryEnsure facilities are cleaned and ready for operation the following day at close of business, including removal of any waste and soiled linenEnsure the reception, bathhouse, and all areas of the facility are well-maintained, clean, tidy, and dry where possibleMaintain a strict sterilisation routine of required areas during bathhouse operation hoursEnsure a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests within the bathhouse/facility areas, and attend to any guest queriesEnsure all operational protocols and rules are followed and upheldGeneral assistance and supervision across tasksAssist Studio Manager in the planning, and launching of promotions and eventsProvide weekly reporting to the Studio Manager including collecting feedback from staff and guests to improve the experience of the facilitiesMonitoring and managing stock and sundries including laundry, amenities, food/beverage and hygiene itemsMonitoring and reporting on any operational issues of facilities, equipment, fixtures & fittingsOversee any required routine maintenance and repair of the spa equipment, fixtures & fittingsManage linen service collection & drop-offReport to Studio Manager/Director where requiredWho we're looking forSomeone passionate about wellness and bathingExcellent, clear, and consistent communicatorCalm under pressure, self-led and adaptableSomeone human-centered at your core - driven by achieving things for customersRequired skillsAt least 2 years of relevant experience in the fitness, wellness or hospitality industriesWell-spoken, with a good grasp on communicating both proficiently and empatheticallyInitiative, organised and efficientCommitment to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts where necessaryFlexible with your timeIf this speaks to you, apply to be a part of our vibrant and close-knit team.
