The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and responding to inquiries. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing reservations, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role also involves performing clerical tasks such as maintaining records and completing reports, along with providing excellent customer service.QualificationsProficiency in Phone Etiquette, including answering, forwarding calls, and taking messages effectivelyKnowledge of standard Receptionist Duties, such as check-ins and check-outs, guest assistance, and appointment schedulingStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team membersOutstanding Customer Service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to multitask and maintain poise in a fast-paced environmentFluency in Turkish and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantagePrevious experience in hotel reception or hospitality is a plusRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Front Office / ReceptionStrong proficiency in ElektraWeb or similar PMS systemsFluent English in both written and spoken communication (additional languages are a plus)High guest-satisfaction and service-oriented mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skillsProfessional appearance and excellent representation abilityKnowledge of hotel procedures and operational standards
