Senior Front-End Developer – Mobadala PlatformLocation: Cairo, Egypt (On-site) Type: Full-TimeAbout MobadalaMobadala is a fast-growing digital gift card, cashback, and loyalty platform operating across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt — building a new ecosystem where rewards, referrals, and e-commerce meet. Our platform connects users, merchants, and affiliates under one digital wallet system (Purchase Wallet & Rewards Wallet) with seamless integrations to banks, gateways, and payout partners (Visa Direct, MADA, Apple Pay, etc.).We are now expanding our technical team in Cairo to build the next generation of Mobadala’s user experience — scalable, fast, and engaging.Role OverviewAs a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in transforming Mobadala’s business logic into beautiful, responsive, and reliable user interfaces. You will work closely with our back-end (Python/Laravel/Node.js) and mobile (Flutter) teams to deliver a unified experience across web and app environments.You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with APIs, optimizing UI performance, and maintaining high standards of usability and scalability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Mobadala’s web front-end using React.js (Next.js preferred) with clean, modular, and scalable code.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups and wireframes into fully functional user interfaces.Integrate APIs from back-end services (Python/Laravel/Node.js) and ensure efficient data flow to/from user dashboards and wallets.Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.Optimize performance, load times, and security for a financial-grade application.Maintain version control and CI/CD workflows with DevOps teams.Work with cross-functional teams to enhance features like cashback tracking, affiliate offers, referral systems, and digital gift card purchases.Mentor junior developers and review pull requests to maintain quality standards.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.Expert in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and RESTful APIs.Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil).Experience in responsive design and UX optimization.Familiarity with fintech or e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.Basic understanding of back-end logic and API integration (Python/Laravel/Node.js).Knowledge of security best practices for financial or wallet-based applications.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.Nice to HaveExperience with Flutter Web or hybrid app integration.Understanding of Odoo ERP integration for accounting dashboards.Experience in affiliate or cashback systems.Familiarity with fintech UI patterns (wallets, transactions, referral flows).Why Join MobadalaBe part of a mission to reshape digital loyalty and fintech in the GCC.Work with an international, high-impact team across UAE, KSA, and Egypt.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.Dynamic, innovation-driven environment — where your ideas shape the user experience.How to ApplySend your CV, portfolio, and links to any relevant projects or GitHub repos to HR@mobadala.net Please include “Senior Front-End Developer – Cairo” in the subject line.
