We are your single end to end partner for consultancy, design implementation, optimization and support for all applications in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Manufacturing stack.We're looking for dedicated, innovative and driven talent to join our expanding team.About the role:We are looking to hire Front Line Support (FLS) Engineers to join team supporting our Pharmaceutical Client based in Dublin.Responsibilities:Automation Project Support including, Coding, Design, Commissioning and Testing.Support of on-site control systems including IIT, SATTLINE and Siemens PLCsInitiating, Implementing and Qualifying Proactive sites changes and small projects for siteJoin the daily support rota for the department.Give Control System Training for new hires.Out of hours On-call Automation SupportCo-ordination of tasks to ensure timely deliveryMonthly reporting of tasks complete and support providedRequirements:Min 5 years’ Automation experience, preferably in DeltaV and/or MES SyncadeWorking experience in a pharmaceutical environment for at least 3 years is requiredExtensive knowledge of DeltaV Configuration (Physical Layer and Procedural Layer)Experience of PLC/SCADA systems an advantageExperience of trouble shooting MES interfaces an advantageKnowledge of S88Commissioning experience is desirableEnglish is of good work proficiencyKnowledge of GMPChange management experienceAvailability to work independentlyAbout Cognizant - Cognizant (Nasdaq-100: CTSH) is one of the world's leading professional services companies, transforming clients' business, operating and technology models for the digital era.
