Kapstadt Brauhaus StellenboschRole DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as a Front of House Manager at Kapstadt Brauhaus located in Paarl. The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant's front-of-house, including managing reservations, seating, and customer service. The manager will also work closely with the back-of-house team to ensure quality food and service, train and develop the front-of-house staff, and work with the bar team to manage inventory and orders.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar roleExcellent customer service and organizational skillsStrong leadership and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of restaurant industry best practices, including food safety and sanitation regulationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress and remain calm under pressureExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in Hospitality Management or related field.
