This position is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination among team members. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and maintain organized records, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. By streamlining administrative processes, the Receptionist/Admin will enable our teams to focus on their core responsibilities and achieve operational goals. Ultimately, this role is vital in fostering a productive work environment and supporting the company's vision in the oil and gas industry.Minimum Qualifications:·        High school diploma or equivalent.·        Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the oil and gas industry.·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Preferred Qualifications:·        Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field.·        Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.·        Ability to multitask.·        Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Responsibilities: ·        Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.·        Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.·        Prepare and maintain business correspondence, reports, and documentation.·        Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Skills:The required skills for this position, such as administrative work and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, are essential for managing daily tasks efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills will be utilized to prepare correspondence and interact with team members and external stakeholders. Being extremely organized is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly.
