As a practice, Trust2Change is dedicated to increasing community access to top-quality mental health services while fostering a culture of care for clients and providers alike.As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dependable and growth-oriented Front Office & Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and referral partners.Position OverviewThis is a full-time hybrid Front Office & Intake Specialist role based in Peachtree Corners, GA, with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves managing front-office responsibilities, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, the Front Office & Intake Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, handle initial client intakes, and support the practice's administrative functions.This role is ideal for someone with healthcare front desk experience who is seeking long-term growth within a behavioral health practice.Key ResponsibilitiesIntake & Client CoordinationRespond to new client inquiries via phone, email, and online platformsSchedule intake appointments and verify basic insurance benefitsTrack referral sources and intake activityEnsure client profiles and intake paperwork are completed accuratelyFront Office ManagementAnswer and manage incoming phone callsMonitor shared email inboxesGreet clients during in-office daysCheck and manage the mailboxMaintain an organized and professional front desk environmentClient Communication & SupportAssist clients with scheduling questions and documentation needsSupport completion of payment profiles and required formsCoordinate with clinical and billing teams as neededMarketing & Engagement SupportPost approved content on social media platformsAssist with group and workshop promotionsSupport monthly newsletter distributionQualificationsRequired:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of front desk experienceHealthcare or medical office experience preferredStrong customer service and phone communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldBehavioral health or mental health office experienceExperience with EHR systemsBasic understanding of insurance verification processesFamiliarity with professional social media platformsBilingual English and Spanish strongly preferredCompensation & Benefits$18–$20 per hour, depending on experienceFull-time (40 hours per week)40 hours of Paid Time Off annually (10 hours accrued per quarter)40 hours of Sick Leave annually (10 hours accrued per quarter)Paid day off on your birthdayObservance of all Federal holidaysHealthcare reimbursement stipendPersonal development and training reimbursement6-month performance review with opportunity for compensation adjustmentGrowth pathway toward Office Manager as the practice continues to expandWho We Are Looking ForWe are seeking someone who is:Professional and personableOrganized and proactiveSolution-orientedInterested in long-term growth within a behavioral health settingComfortable taking ownership of intake processes and client experienceIf you are interested in joining a growing practice where your role will directly impact client care and operational efficiency, we encourage you to apply.
