Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Cluster Lead - HR Operations MEA & SAYour Role Leads HR front office strategy including workforce planning, budget, training, engagement, succession planning, and retention initiatives.Manages end-to-end HR operations in the country, including payroll, hire-to-retire processes, and HR Service responsibilities.Ensures compliance and control through mechanisms like SOX checks, data protection, and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.Drives operational excellence by analyzing performance, implementing continuous improvements, and enhancing customer experience.Oversees financial and strategic planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and refining the HR operating and governance models.Supports global initiatives and change management, contribute to HR Services strategy, provide local expertise to global projects, and fosters innovation through stakeholder collaboration.Effective leadership - strong vision, integrity, empathy, adaptability, transparent communication, the ability to make decisions and empower teams.What It Takes To Run What Runs The WorldBachelor degree in HR with over 10 years of experience in a related HR role.Strong Leadership and communication skills.Good understanding of regulations, legal compliance, and data analysis.Fluent in English and Arabic.What's in it for you?We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
