Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the front desk, managing staff, and ensuring guests receive excellent service. Key tasks include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, managing reservations, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Front Office Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling front desk staff, as well as maintaining records and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in customer service, hospitality, or a related fieldLeadership and management skillsProficiency in hotel management software and reservation systemsOrganizational and multitasking skillsProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plusPrevious experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a hotel setting is advantageous
