Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Hill Club in Nuwara Eliya. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the front desk, managing members and customer inquiries, ensuring members and customer satisfaction, and coordinating front office activities.Key responsibilities· Ensure customer satisfaction to the highest towards our Club Members and Guests· Ensure that proper communication is maintained with Club Members and dealing with their requests in a timely and professional manner· Lead and train the Front Office team, to ensure that all front office operations are performed in line with the operational SOP’s· Maintain a close rapport with our Travel Partners, and use suggestive selling techniques to increase occupancy and revenues· Manage all finance related matters of the front officeRequired skills· A degree or Diploma in Hospitality management, with minimum of 5 years’ experience in front office operations, with 3 years working experience in a similar role within a recognized star class hotel· Has good connections with top end Travel agents, and experience doing property marketing and sales· Has a good knowledge of OTA operations and doing direct Web sales· Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills· Excellent communication skills, PR and interpersonal skills with fluency in English, knowledge of a foreign language is preferred· Proficiency in computer systems with the ability to adapt to new technologies· A professional appearance and demeanorExcellent remuneration package is available for the right candidateForward your updated CV with no less than 2 professional references by email to the Human Resources Manager at: hrm@thehillclubsrilanka.com
