Job Description: Front Office SpecialistCompany: Optus Housing Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: 6 days (Sunday Off) Experience Required: 1–3 yearsAbout the RoleOptus Housing is seeking a smart, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist with 1–3 years of experience in front desk handling and basic admin work. The candidate should be well-presented, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing office operations smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests professionally.Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to relevant departments.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.Manage courier entries — incoming & outgoing.Maintain visitor logs, basic attendance entries, and front desk records.Provide administrative support to HR and other departments when required.Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office management tasks.Handle filing, documentation, and basic data entry.Support day-to-day office operations efficiently.Required Skills & Experience1–3 years of experience in Front Desk / Reception / Admin roles.Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong multitasking and organizational skills.Immediate joiners preferred.SalaryCompetitive salary based on industry standards.How to ApplyShare your CV at neha.rawat@optushousing.com or call 9599635803 for shortlisting.Immediate joiners required.
