Dear Candidates, We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Front Office position at Holiday Inn Tashkent City.Responsibilities Assist in the managing the Front Office DepartmentsTraining, mentoring, and supporting new employees.Monitor and ensure that guest expectations are met.Monitoring service quality and ensuring adherence to Holiday Inn brand standardsEnsure the Night Audit and system procedures are accurately followedEnsure accounting instructions are accurately managedProactively acts upon any problems/complaints reportedOrganizing a seamless and high-quality guest check-in and check-out process.Ensure that daily operation check-lists are completed and assist the team when necessary.Responsible for the guest registration in immigration system E-mihmonThe ideal candidate will have Work experience in a 4-5★ international hotel chain in the Front Office department: at least 1 year in a similar position OR at least 1,5 years as a FO Agent.
