As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service in our hotel.Oversee and coordinate all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest servicesSupervise, train, and mentor front office staff to maintain high-quality service standardsManage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries efficiently and professionallyHandle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectivelyEnsure accurate and timely completion of all front office administrative tasksCollaborate with other departments to provide seamless guest experiencesMonitor and maintain front office inventory and suppliesImplement and uphold hotel policies and proceduresAssist in creating work schedules and managing staff performanceStay updated on local events and attractions to provide guests with relevant informationQualificationsSaudi nationality is required for this positionProven experience in hotel front office operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory roleBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredExcellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanorStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishProficiency in hotel management software and computer systemsAbility to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentKeen attention to detail and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Saudi hospitality standards and cultural normsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysRelevant hospitality certifications are a plusAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.
