Sokoni Africa Limited is in search of a dedicated and skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service and support. Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in creating an efficient and welcoming environment for our guests.ResponsibilitiesSupervise front office staff, including receptionists and concierge agents, ensuring exceptional service standardsManage daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiriesResolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and enhance the guest experienceConduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for front office staffMaintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing transactionsCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure prompt service and room readinessPrepare reports on front office activities, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, and staff performanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related fieldProven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar role within the hotel industryExceptional leadership and interpersonal skillsStrong communication and customer service orientationProficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
