Job Description

As a Payroll Analyst, you will support the payroll team on administrative demands such as input of employees' data into payroll system; always interacting with employees, other payroll analysts, HRBPs, and other areas on Payroll related aspects.What You'll DoEnter data correctly for hiring, dismissal, vacation, leaving and other changes on employee’s files into the payroll system.Represent the company on termination calculation approval audiences with the Union.Assist on the demands of electronic time and attendance systemIssue all reports related to personnel administration demands.Talk to employees and answer questions whenever needed.Help on general demands of payroll area as needed.File and archive all documents related to employees correctly and in an organized way.Participate on internal audits, always helping on clarifying how things are performed on Payroll areaWhat We’re Looking ForGeneralist experience in Payroll area - 3 years minimum.Degree in Business Administration, Accountant, Economics, legal and related.Spreadsheets elaboration (Excel), PPT presentations, effective and strong communication skills when speaking in public.What Will Set You ApartPost Graduation on related areas.Labor law interpretation, taxes.Operation of payroll systems such as ADP, SAP and others.Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
