Our leading Financial Services client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyse business processes, and ensure alignment with project goals. Business Analysis: Document and prioritise business requirements, assess system and process improvements, and provide recommendations. Change Management: Manage and support change management activities, including communication plans, training, and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems or processes. UAT Support: Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, ensuring that testing is aligned with business requirements and expectations. Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of business objectives. Project Support: Assist project managers in tracking progress, managing risks, and resolving issues as required throughout the project lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Promote and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and the development of new business solutions. Key Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a Business AnalystProven experience in managing and supporting change management activities.
