Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for editing raw property footage into polished, engaging, and emotionally resonant videos that connects with viewers. The role is not about flashy over-editing — it’s about telling authentic stories that spark interest.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit property videos of various types and sizes, optimized for social mediaWork closely with the creative team to produce content that aligns with our brand style and client needsEdit audio, add captions, effects, and perform color grading as needed.Suggest creative ideas and editing styles to improve engagement.Create edits that connect emotionally with viewers and encourage interaction.Experience & Skills RequiredProven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).Strong knowledge of social media trends and what grabs attention online.Experience in property video editing is a bonus but not essential.Skilled in audio editing, captions, effects, and color grading.Ability to work independently and think creatively to make videos engaging.Understands that natural storytelling is more powerful than overusing effectsStrong attention to detail and time management skills.Additional InformationHomebasedM to F, 3pm to 12am PH Time
