Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Analyse the quality and operation performance data, finding the opportunity for improvementSupport the production operator and quality inspector in the workshop, to help them improve the procedure and WI compliancePerform the Quality Management System and Process Assessment, also the plant Quality Maturity Assessment, follow up the deviations actions and verify the effectivenessDesired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree and Major in mechanical engineering, chemical or composite material is preferable.Fluent in English (spoken and written)
