We foster a culture of idea-sharing and empowerment, encouraging our people to lead initiatives that positively impact our business, community, and members.About The RoleAs a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient, secure, and responsive web and mobile applications that help our customers make informed decisions about their future.You will participate in all stages of an Agile software development process, from technical requirements and design analysis to software release, all while ensuring scalability and responsiveness.Your day-to-day will look something like this:Work collaboratively with the UX team and Product Owners to build front-end applications where aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand. Support the development of the technical roadmap.Code, test, and deploy new features.Application support, monitoring and troubleshooting potential issues in production.Follow best practices to write secure APIs.Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and ensure system and process documentation is maintained as updates and changes occur. Contribute to technical improvements and code reviews. What Sets You ApartWe are looking for an Intermediate-Senior Full Stack Developer who has experience with our modern tech stack (Vue, Nuxt, NodeJS, TypeScript), and who is comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.The technical skills we see as critical to succeed in this position:At least 3-7 years as a Full Stack Developer, ideally experienced developing web based and mobile applications. Experience with our tech stack: Vue 2 or 3, Nuxt 3, NodeJS, TypescriptExperience with AWS services (e.g. Api Gateway, Lambda), Serverless frameworks (Serverless, SAM or SST), and source control tools (Github).Conceptual understanding of Terraform.Experience with Flutter or desire to learn would be nice to have.
