Full Stack Developer – Internal Platforms & Applications

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer, with strong experience in Python (Django) and VUE/ React.js (or other modern JavaScript frameworks) to join our ICT Production team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal platforms and applications that support key operational and business processes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who enjoys solving real business challenges through technology, working closely with internal stakeholders and the software development team. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal tools using Python (Django) and Vue.js (or equivalent JS frameworks such as React.js or Angular). Collaborate with business users and internal teams to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and translate them into scalable technical implementations. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for internal systems integration. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security through proper design, testing, and documentation practices. Optimize applications for performance and reliability across multiple environments. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and support. Keep up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems. Contribute to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing engineering culture. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Solid proficiency in Python (preferably Django or Flask frameworks). Strong knowledge of JavaScript and at least one modern front-end framework (Vue.js preferred; React.js or Angular also acceptable). Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development. Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM concepts. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices. Understanding of REST API design and integration. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with non-technical teams. English proficiency (written and spoken). Nice to have: Experience with containerization (Docker) or cloud deployment (AWS, Azure). Familiarity with authentication frameworks (OAuth, SSO).
