In partnership with Banter, we are growing our teams.Our platform integrates analytics, content generation, and audience intelligence into a unified workflow that helps YouTube creators produce better content faster.The RoleWe're hiring a Full-Stack Developer to accelerate product development as we scale. You'll work directly with our CTO and CEO to build and refine features that serve thousands of YouTube creators.What You'll BuildA high-end, data-driven platform for YouTube creators:Data pipelines processing YouTube analytics and creator contentAgentic systems with multi-step reasoning for content generation and researchMulti-modal analysis systems (video, audio, text, image)Natural language interfaces for content editing and manipulationModern UI/UX based on Figma designsWhat We're Looking ForRequired Skills3+ years professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactStrong proficiency with Next.js 15+ (App Router, Server Components, etc.)Experience with Vercel deployment and serverless architectureProficiency with Tailwind CSS (v4 experience preferred)Ability to implement designs from Figma Deep understanding of the current AI landscape:Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art (SOTA) LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)Knowledge of SOTA image generation models and their capabilitiesAbility to evaluate and select appropriate models for specific use casesExpert-level context engineering and prompting skillsExperience designing and implementing agentic AI architectures with tool useStrong background in building data pipelines and automation systemsProficiency with PostgreSQL (Supabase experience preferred)Understanding of async operations, job queues, and background processingAbility to integrate and work with third-party APIs, including researching and evaluating new API providersAbility to optimize for AI cost, latency, and quality trade-offsStandard Git workflow proficiency: branching strategies, PRs, staging/production deploymentsUnderstanding of responsive design and UI/UX principlesAbility to ship fast and iterate based on user feedbackBonusExperience with video and audio generation modelsKnowledge of vector databases and embeddingsPrevious startup or fast-paced environment experienceInterest in content creation or YouTube ecosystemWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
