Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their IT team. In this role, you will collaborate on designing and developing a strategic platform that provides clients with seamless access to various features through a modern web application.Key Responsibilities:Work as part of an agile team delivering in rapid development cycles.Collaborate with technical experts to devise technical solutions, contributing to technology-related decisions.Take ownership of key functional and technical aspects, including solution design, documentation, and implementation.Evaluate and challenge requirements, fostering improvements in both product functionality and team practices.Requirements:Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and C#.Background in financial services is a plus.Proven experience in developing and maintaining large-scale enterprise software, ideally within an Agile environment.Experience in designing cloud-ready solutions (Azure experience is an advantage).Due to Switzerland's legal work requirements, we are only able to consider applications from individuals with EU nationalities for this position.
