Application & System DevelopmentDevelop scalable and maintainable back-end services using GoLangBuild responsive front-end components using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as Next.js or ReactDesign and optimize RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services for system interoperability2. Database & Storage ManagementDesign robust database schemas in RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase)Ensure efficient handling of structured and unstructured data in healthcare and operational contextsImplement indexing, normalization, performance tuning, and backup strategies3. AI Feature IntegrationImplement and support AI-driven functionalities such as chatbot integration (FDC AI), clinical decision support, recommendation engines, and document intelligenceCollaborate with the AI/ML team to integrate model outputs into core products4. System Optimization & SecurityImprove application performance, conduct load testing, and optimize code for high concurrencyEnsure compliance with ISO 27001 and healthcare data standards through secure coding practices, encryption, and access control5. Collaboration & Code QualityWork closely with Solution Architects, DevOps, QA, Data, and Product teams to deliver features aligned with FDC’s architecture strategyConduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and contribute to documentation6. DevOps & CI/CD SupportCollaborate with DevOps to deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelinesSupport best practices in version control (GitFlow) and continuous improvement through automationIf you're an all-rounder who's looking for space to create, we might be just the fit for you.
