Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js / React) – AdTech & Creator Discovery PlatformRemote (Europe) • 3–6 Month Contract • Start ASAPA leading European digital commerce and marketing powerhouse is embarking on a new initiative to build an intelligent Creator Discovery Platform — a high-performance internal tool that will evolve into a scalable, white-label SaaS solution used by global brands to identify, assess, and activate top creators across YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and emerging social ecosystems.We’re assembling a small, exceptional engineering team to architect and deliver this platform end-to-end. You will help design and develop the core search, insights, and data-integration engine that powers creator matching, category discovery, and campaign optimisation.This is an opportunity to shape a greenfield product with genuine market impact, working within a highly collaborative product & engineering environment.What You’ll Work OnBuild and maintain high-performance services using Node.js / TypeScript, powering creator search, recommendation logic, categorisation, and data enrichment.Develop sleek, intuitive interfaces in React for internal teams to explore creators, filter by attributes, review analytics, and build shortlists.Integrate with major social platform APIs (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Meta, Google, etc.) to ingest creator data, audience insights, content metadata, performance metrics, and interest categories.Contribute to the design of a scalable architecture that supports both internal use and future white-label SaaS distribution.Work closely with product managers, data analysts, and marketing teams to define features that directly improve creator discovery workflows.Build systems capable of handling large-scale ingestion, indexing, and querying of creator and content data.Implement secure, well-tested, and maintainable code following engineering best practices (CI/CD, linting, testing frameworks, observability).Support the creation of microservices, search components, and data-processing pipelines that underpin discovery and recommendation features.Collaborate on API design (REST/GraphQL) to provide flexible access to creator profiles, analytics, and search features.Contribute to UX discussions to ensure the platform feels fast, intuitive, and powerful for internal teams and future enterprise customers.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong professional experience building production systems with Node.js / TypeScript.Proven experience with React and modern front-end development best practices.Demonstrated work integrating with social media or ad-platform APIs (e.g., YouTube Data API, Google Ads, Meta APIs, TikTok Creator APIs, Snapchat Marketing API, etc.).Solid understanding of search, filtering, discovery, or recommendation systems.Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS preferred) and microservice architectures.Ability to design systems for scalability and reuse, with future SaaS-readiness in mind.Familiarity with ad-tech concepts such as:creator/audience analyticsinterest categoriescampaign performance dataattribution & measurementStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, marketing, and engineering teams.Nice to HaveExperience with creator economy tools, influencer platforms, affiliate tech, or digital marketing ecosystems.Knowledge of search engines (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Meilisearch) or graph-based discovery systems.Background in data engineering, ETL, or large-scale ingestion pipelines.Experience working in a fast-paced product environment launching MVPs and iterating quickly.Previous experience building white-label or multi-tenant SaaS applications.Why This Contract?Greenfield product with huge commercial potentialFreedom to influence architecture, tooling, and best practicesWork with a modern stack and solve complex data + discovery challengesA future-facing project at the intersection of commerce, marketing tech, and the creator economy
