To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.Provide a technical service for both installation and de-installation of Ricoh Graphic Communication products, ensuring that project milestones for installations and de-installations are achieved efficiently meeting contractual obligations. Ensuring customers are kept up to date on the progress made.Responsible for the timely escalation of technical problems as specified within Service processes, to ensure the downtime of equipment is kept in a minimum.To maximise revenue by identifying additional business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties. Ensuring these opportunities are reported through the correct channels.Responsible to supporting the management of business relationships with customers and end users in order to maximise customer satisfaction.Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.You will ideally havePrevious experience in a Field Technician role, preferably within the Production Print sectorExcellent technical knowledge of the full range of RGC product rangeExcellent problem solving skillsProven fault finding techniqueExcellent knowledge of electrical/ mechanical engineeringSkilled in the use of electronical diagnostic toolsGood product knowledgeProven fault finding techniqueAbility to read and understand complex mechanical instructionsIT literateNetworking capabilitiesExcellent Interpersonal and customer handling skillsExcellent knowledge of Company Service proceduresWe receive a high volume of applications for our roles, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possibleIn return for your commitment, you can expectWe’re looking for individuals with values and causes, strengths and weaknesses, passions and ideas.
