Ensures the condition (predictive maintenance) are adhered on all plant’s instrumentation equipment and deviations addressed prior to failure. Accountable for the full value chain of engineering solutions and governance in his/her area of responsibility, owns execution, auditing and management of plant equipment, PLC and SCADA programming.Key AccountabilitiesAbility to read electrical drawings and interpret themTrouble shooting and fault finding on control and Instrumentation systemsPlanning and execution of tasksExperience in production environment on maintenance and repair of Control and Instrumentation equipmentComputer literate (Must)Knowledge and experience of PLC programming and interpretation (Allen Bradley PLC), VSD configuration and troubleshooting, Conveyor belt pull key systems, Environmental monitoring systems, Basic optic fiber and copper network systems. (Ethernet, Modbus RTU), SCADA and Reporting systems.
