Full Stack Engineering Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, for the position of Full Stack Engineering Manager. The role includes managing and mentoring an engineering team while overseeing software development projects from conception to delivery. Responsibilities include leading project planning, ensuring seamless integration of technologies, collaborating with product teams, and maintaining code quality and development practices. The role also involves monitoring progress and aligning project objectives with company goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Engineering Management and Team Leadership for effectively managing and motivating engineering teams.Strong knowledge of Software Development and Integration, with proven experience in delivering end-to-end software solutions.Demonstrated experience in Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee technical projects successfully.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and frameworks is highly desirable.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in the hospitality or service management software industry is a plus.
