Location: SofiaWork pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week in officeContract Type: PermanentHiring Process: 2 stagesSalary: €72,000 Gross/a Gross DOE (client flexible and willing to accept higher expectations) + benefits packageAbout the Role:We are looking for a Full Stack SAP Commerce Lead to lead a team of developers and deliver cutting-edge commerce solutions. If you have deep expertise in SAP Commerce (Hybris) and modern frontend frameworks like Spartacus, React, and Angular, this is your opportunity to drive technical excellence and create scalable, high-performing systems.What You’ll Do:✅ Lead full-stack development for SAP Commerce projects✅ Build and optimize Spartacus storefronts and responsive UIs✅ Develop SAP Commerce extensions (OCC APIs, Backoffice, CronJobs, ImpEx)✅ Integrate SAP Commerce with ERP, PIM, Payment, and Search systems✅ Act as L3 escalation point for critical incidents and perform RCA✅ Implement observability standards and monitor performance using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, GrafanaMust-Have Skills:✔ Strong knowledge of Spartacus, React, or Angular✔ Solid experience in Java, Spring, and SAP Commerce development✔ Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript✔ Hands-on experience with incident and problem management✔ Familiarity with observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Kibana, Grafana)✔ Strong debugging skills across backend and frontend layersNice-to-Have:✨ 7-9 years of enterprise backend development, including 5+ years in SAP Commerce✨ Experience with Composable Commerce, Headless CMS, and microservices✨ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms✨ Exposure to performance testing tools and security best practicesWhy Join Us?🌍 Global exposure and collaborative culture📈 Continuous learning and career growth opportunities💡 Work on innovative, enterprise-scale commerce solutionsReady to lead and innovate?
