Full-Stack Web Application Developer (SaaS + AI/ML)

You will not be considered.About the RoleMach 01 is seeking a world-class full-stack web application developer to architect, design, and build a next-generation SaaS platform from concept to launch. This role requires deep technical expertise across front-end and back-end development, with a strong grasp of cloud-native architectures, scalability, and AI/ML integration.You’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life through clean, efficient code and modern frameworks — crafting robust, secure, and data-driven web applications that perform beautifully and scale effortlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with management to translate business concepts and workflows into system architecture and technical requirements.Architect and develop highly scalable and secure application components, including databases capable of handling millions of records, optimized back-end logic, and intuitive, responsive front-ends.Write clean, well-documented, and testable code — no shortcuts, no copy-paste. Implement strong code discipline with code reviews, inline comments, and white-box testing.Design and deliver elegant, high-performance front-end experiences emphasizing usability, accessibility, and modern UI/UX principles.Manage GitHub repositories and use CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI) with best practices for security, branching, and deployment.Configure and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), leveraging containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless environments (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions).Implement SaaS subscription models, user authentication and authorization, identity management, and online payment processing.Build real-time and historical analytics dashboards with interactive visualizations and API-based data integrations.Incorporate Generative AI and ML models into the core architecture for intelligent automation, recommendations, or enhanced data insights.Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across all modules with robust monitoring and observability practices.Minimum Qualifications15 years of hands-on full-stack development experience with a strong portfolio of production-grade SaaS or enterprise applications.Not a job-hopper who switches jobs every few months or every couple of years Expert-level proficiency in modern frameworks and tools, including:Front-End: React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, Redux, Socket.IO, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap.Back-End: Node.js, Express.js, Java, Python (Django, Flask), serverless frameworks.Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB, NoSQL stores, Drizzle ORM or equivalent modern ORMs.DevOps & Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).AI/ML: Familiarity with AI-powered workflows, model integration, and tools such as GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Strong understanding of API-first and microservice architectures, modular development, and version control best practices.Experience integrating subscription billing and payment gateways (Stripe, Paddle, etc.).Fluent in English with excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.Self-driven, high-energy professional who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.Excellent time management, task prioritization, and on-time delivery discipline.Availability to work evening or night shifts to collaborate with international clients.Fully dedicated — no side projects or freelancing.Independent, resourceful, and proactive with a “can-do” startup mindset and rapid learning ability.Why Join Mach 01?Mach 01 (pronounced Mach Zero One, inspired by breaking the sound barrier) is a high-velocity B2B marketing and technology agency helping global enterprises build next-generation digital and marketing solutions.
