We are seeking an innovative and resourceful Full-Stack Web Developer & Digital Systems Specialist to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance next-generation web application for event management companies. The platform will allow attendees to scan a QR code, enter their contact details, and instantly receive a personalized discount code. Collected attendee data will feed into a secure database that supports a paid subscription system where business users can access and filter leads by location and event type.. This role goes beyond coding — it combines web development, UX optimization, e-commerce integration, SEO, and data-driven digital strategy to maximize business performance. The ideal candidate is not only technically skilled but also entrepreneurial-minded, contributing to ongoing improvements in marketing, analytics, automation, and platform optimization after the initial build is complete. The candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing both front-end and back-end components, building real-time, data-driven user interfaces, and ensuring secure, scalable, and optimized performance throughout the application stack. Key Responsibilities: Web Application Development Design, build, and deploy responsive, full-stack web applications with intuitive user interfaces and secure, high-performing back-end systems. Develop key features such as QR-based lead capture, subscription systems, data dashboards, and API integrations (payment gateways, communication tools, CRM, etc.). Architect scalable systems using JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL/MongoDB/MySQL. Implement cloud-based deployment pipelines (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and ensure CI/CD reliability. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs for data and marketing automation. Ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA and other privacy and security standards. E-Commerce, SEO, and Performance Optimization Develop and optimize e-commerce components (checkout, inventory, payment processing). Implement SEO best practices for metadata, indexing, and site speed optimization. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, or Ahrefs) to monitor performance and user behavior. Conduct A/B testing and develop content strategies to increase conversion and user engagement. Maintenance, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Conduct ongoing website performance audits and implement improvements in speed, accessibility, and scalability. Troubleshoot issues, manage bug tracking, and ensure uptime reliability. Recommend and execute enhancements post-launch — including UI refreshes, API updates, and feature expansion. Maintain version control and documentation for long-term sustainability. Job Category Developer Skill Sets Required / Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies. Technical Expertise: Front-End: React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript Back-End: Node.js, Express, Meteor.js, or similar Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Docker APIs: RESTful and GraphQL, payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal), and third-party integrations SEO & Analytics: On-page optimization, Google Analytics, Google Search Console E-Commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom cart systems Version Control: Git/GitHub or GitLab Security: Authentication (OAuth/JWT), secure coding, vulnerability management Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. Strong communication skills. Time management and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Ability to translate business goals into practical digital solutions. Preferred Skills Experience with mobile app development (React Native or Flutter). Familiarity with AI/automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or OpenAI API integration. Knowledge of email marketing systems (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). Understanding of UX/UI design principles and prototyping tools. Interest in ongoing learning and experimentation with emerging technologies. Value-Added Responsibilities To maximize productivity beyond core development, this role includes ongoing strategic digital and operational contributions, such as: Automation & Integration: Build internal automation workflows for marketing, sales, and reporting systems. Digital Marketing Support: Assist in landing page creation, CRM integration, and campaign tracking. Data Visualization: Develop custom dashboards and reporting tools for internal analytics or client use. Graphic & UX Design: Support light design work using Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. Training & Documentation: Create user guides and conduct technical handoff sessions for clients or internal teams. System Administration: Manage hosting environments, domain configurations, SSL, and DNS setup. Cybersecurity Support: Implement security protocols, data encryption, and system vulnerability checks.
